Presented by Food & Wine Magazine’s Culinary Arts Center Program, mark your calendar for three exciting cuisine and wine travel packages. In September, Janos, of the namesake restaurant and Laura Williamson, Master Sommelier of VinTabla will share their expertise in a cruise to Alaska. In September, as well, Bluefin & Kingfisher Chef Jim Murphy invites you to join him in a seafood filled cuisine voyage to explore the waters of New England and Canada. Finally, our own Jonathan and Colette Landeen, of Jonathan’s Cork, will escort you through the Carribean as you join them for culinary demonstrations and tastings using local ingredients from the islands.
