Renown James Beard award winner Chris Bianco of Pizzeria Bianco is stepping aside for a bit from his daily routine and activities at the restaurant.  Chris is tending to the recent exacerbation of his life long asthmatic condition.  It’s assumed that the combination of his daily exposure to smoke and fire from the oven and stress has resulted in the uptick in the condition.  Chris states he will still be present in the restaurant to oversee operations and greet customers.  We wish him well…..health comes first.
