Giancarlo Pacenti spoke with us about his ’06, ’07, 08 and 09 vintages.  He makes it clear that very hard work and attention to details are keys to making great wine.  Then dropped a bomb on us…………the 2010 may be the best yet in his opinion…..Wait until you hear his description of the wine now in barrel.  The kicker is that you’ll have to wait until 2015 to get your hands on it.
