Gina Freize operates four cheese stores in the San Diego area.  We visited with her in August to talk about wine and cheese pairing strategies.  You can’t imagine the array of cheeses she carries and fragrances swirling about in her shop.  Her website, www.venissimo.com, is just chock full of cheeses from every corner of the globe.
