When we visited with chef Gerard Havill of Decio Pasta at Kief Joshua Vineyards in Elgin, Arizona last March, he cooked up couple of delicious dishes for us, paired with Kief’s wines. You can view the first video here, in which he prepared airline chicken.
In this video, Gerard prepares a savory pork tenderloin dish with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, pine nuts, Kief Joshua Tempranillo and butter on top of freshly cooked Decio wild mushroom pasta. We paired this with Kief’s 2010 Tempranillo. What a mouth watering dish and the pairing was spot on!
