Our Video segment is chock full of interviews with domestic and international vintners, chefs and sommeliers. Learn about the terroir, vineyard management, winemaking and the wines themselves from vintners with generations of experience. Chefs offer cooking tips and wine pairing strategies that you can use at home. And occasionally, I might even make an appearance, sharing with you the wines I’m enjoying.
Wine And Spirits Education:
We explore and dissect everything about wine in this segment from the vineyard to the wines so that you can be a more informed consumer. Join us as we delve into the importance of terroir, vineyard practices, harvesting, winemaking and so much more. Learn from vintners, such as the iconic Bruno Giacosa, about their viticultural philosophy and what makes wine great. And for travelers, we have some useful hints about how to make that next wine tour a memorable one!

This is where the culinary and wine experience all come together. Whether a novice or seasoned in pairing, there’s something for everyone in this kitchen friendly segment.
